DueEasy. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
DueEasy is a free information tool that runs entirely in your web browser. It helps you check a medical bill, screen for hospital financial assistance, and draft an insurance appeal letter.
Nothing.
This tool gives general information and document help. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or a guarantee that a bill, denial, or assistance decision will change. Your plan documents and denial letter control your rights and deadlines.
If a future version adds accounts, payments, or any data collection, this policy will be updated and dated before that version launches, and the change will be stated plainly on the home page.
The home page links to an optional feedback form run by Google Forms. That form is separate from this tool. It does not collect email addresses, and it asks only which part of the tool you used and whether it helped. Never put personal medical or billing details in it: no names, claim numbers, member IDs, dates of service, diagnoses, or copies of bills or letters. Anything you choose to type into that form goes to Google and to us as form responses, so keep it general.
DueEasy is a PlannedAndPaid project.
